The work we do for you comes with a guarantee which is valid for 12 months from the date of the work completed. Your contract is your reference for your guarantee.

Workmanship
Our work is covered by a 12 month guarantee against faulty or negligent workmanship.
Materials
Materials supplied by Trusted Emergency Plumbers will be covered by the manufacturers’ warranties.
Non-guaranteed
Some work/repairs that has been carried out may not be able to be guaranteed, and will be marked on your invoice in the non-guaranteed box. E.G. unblocking a drain where it is likely to block again due to the nature of the plumbing currently installed.
